No. None of the mushrooms used in Mussh & Co products are psychoactive or hallucinogenic. We only use functional mushrooms like Lion’s Mane, Reishi, Turkey Tail, and others that are completely safe, non-psychedelic, and legal.

It really depends on the blend and your goals, but here’s a quick guide:

• Lion’s Mane (Clarity / Focus): Take in the morning or early afternoon to support focus, memory, and mental clarity throughout the day.
• Reishi (Calm / Sleep): Best taken in the evening or before bed to help your body relax, reduce stress, and support restful sleep.
• Turkey Tail (Immunity): Can be taken any time of day, preferably with food, to support immune and gut health
• Cordyceps (Energy / Endurance): Take in the morning or before physical activity to support energy, stamina, and performance—avoid late evening use, as it can be stimulating.
• Chaga (Antioxidant / Skin & Gut): Best taken in the morning or early afternoon. Chaga supports immune health, reduces inflammation, and is rich in antioxidants.
